Qualification and Guidelines

Income:

You must have verifiable income that is at least 2 times the amount of the monthly rent.

 

 

Employment:

You must be presently employed with verifiable job history that includes 6 months with your current employer.

 

 

Rental History:

All your prior lease agreements must have been fulfilled. You must have 6 months verifiable rental history and had no more than 1 late payment and no more than 1 insufficient check in the past 6 month period. You must not owe money to another rental company or owner. Your rental reference must be favorable.

Credit: Your credit history must not have judgments, bankruptcies, forclosures, possessions, write-offs or collections within the last 6 months. You cannot owe any money to previous landlords or utility companies.

 

 

Convictions:

Certain felony convictions against you or other proposed occupants of your dwelling MAY disqualify you. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Application:

We are currently not requesting an application fee to apply. Applicant must provide a valid Drivers License, Social Security Card and Proof of Income (Check stubs, Income Tax Statement, SSI Letter, ect.).
